Inside Sales Engineer
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Seal & Design Inc, a manufacturer and distributor of O-rings and industrial sealing products, is looking for an Inside Industrial Salesperson. Previous sales/customer service experience, as well as any technical background, is preferred but not mandatory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all aspects of customer service and account management
- Duties include order entry, estimating, expediting, some purchasing, and providing technical support as necessary
- Building and developing strong customer relationships
- Working with the Outside Salespeople in a team environment to better service our customers
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires the following skills, including but not limited to, strong computer skills, technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and highly organized in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail is a must.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
The minimum requirement for this position is a College Bachelors Degree and some customer service experience is preferred.
