Outside Sales Representative
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Seal & Design Inc, a manufacturer and distributor of gaskets, o-rings, seals and industrial sealing products, is seeking a direct outside sales person to develop the Southern Ohio market and be part of a world-class team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All aspects of managing and developing a territory.
- Calling on existing customers and prospecting for new ones.
- Building and developing strong customer relationships, following up on and closing orders.
- Working with our inside sales team to communicate customer needs and establish pricing info .
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must be highly motivated, well organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have industrial/OEM sales experience. Industry knowledge of seals, o-rings, gaskets or molded rubber is a plus.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree and outside sales experience.
