Seal & Design Inc was established in 1989 by Dean T Penman, who brought with him over 35 years of experience in the seals and gaskets industry. Seal & Design today is a leading manufacturer and distributor of die cut gaskets, seals, Orings and molded rubber products. His philosophy included exceeding customer expectations with hard work and high quality products. The Company supplies to the automotive, medical, military, aerospace, electronics, power generation, hydraulics and many other commercial industries. The Company has a mission of providing the highest quality product, technical support, delivery and service at competitive prices. In 2003 the Company achieved the ISO/TS 16949 certification, which allows them to continue to grow in the seals and gaskets industries to become a World Class organization that will supply high quality products and service across the globe. Seal & Design's customer focused attitude allows for them to meet the customers expectations from supplying specialty labels, logistics management and consignment inventory. The company currently operates out of a 40,000 square foot office, production and warehouse facility in Clarence, New York. To support future development, innovations in manufacturing, investments in technology and product development are guided by the company goal of being a World Class organization and allow them to provide better customer service, control costs and improve operating efficiencies.
