Machine Operator (1st Shift)

Essential Duties & Functions
- As the Machine Operator you would fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.
- Operates machinery safely according to company policies
- Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection
- Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Education: High School Diploma
- Skills: Ability to use measurement tools accurately, strong attention to detail, ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., Ability to read, write and speak in English
- Characteristics: Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, ability to work independently and as a member of a team
