5000
NBR
Suitable for a steam, oil, water, mild alkalis and acids, as well as hydrocarbons and solvents.
5300
NBR
Durlon® 5300 is a commercial grade compressed non-asbestos sheet gasket material for moderate service conditions. It is suitable for a continuous operating temperature of 450°F (232°C); or a maximum pressure of 1000 psi (69 bar) at ambient temperature. It is suitable for steam, oil, water, mild alkalis and acids, hydrocarbons and solvents.
DuraSwell-7760
Aramid – Inorganic
DuraSwell is engineered for demanding applications that require superior sealability, conformity to flange surfaces, and recovery. Designed to react by a controlled swell when in contact with oils and fuels which assists to increase gasket stress in applications that require increased gasket loading that may be previously limited due to insufficient bolting or flange design factors
7900 7925 7950
Aramid/NBR
Suitable for mild service in piping and equipment and OEM applications in steam, hydrocarbons and refrigerants. An economical alternative when service ranges and applications are not severe.
8300
Carbon/NBR
Premium grade compressed sheet gasket material that is excellent in steam and hydrocarbon services in the refining, petrochemical and power generation industries. Other applications include oil, water, mild alkalis, mild acids, and solvents.
8400
Phenolic/NBR
Extremely wide pH application range, can be used in process piping and equipment in chemical, pulp and paper, and other general industrial applications. Excellent for use in steam, mild caustics and acids in Class 150 and 300 service.
8500
Aramid -Inorganic/NBR
Excellent in steam, natural gas, soybean processing and with new generation refrigerants. A high quality general service gasket material for use in a wide range of services in pulp and paper, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, refinery, gas pipeline and general industry.
8600
Aramid – Inorganic/SBR
Developed for services such as water, steam, air inert gases, alcohols, dilute acids and alkalis ammonia and many other liquids and gases. Exhibits good compressibiliity and recovery, sealability, flexibility and cutting characteristics
8700
Aramid – Inorganic/CR
Excellent for use in processes which require a neoprene (CR) bonded sheet to 700°F (371°C) or 1500 psi (10.3 MPa). This product has excellent resistance to ozone, oils, non-aromatic solvents and many refrigerants.
8900
Aramid – Inorganic
Durlon® 8900 is a premium grade compressed non-asbestos sheet gasket material for service conditions to 925°F (496°C) and continuous operating temperatures of -100ºF to 752°F (-73ºC to 400°C), or 2000 psi (13.8 MPa). It is suitable for saturated and superheated steam, oil, dilute acids and alkalis, hydrocarbons, solvents and refrigerants.
